Members of the 蘑菇传媒 Board of Governors are citizens, appointed by the governor, who oversee operations and establish policies for the college.听All meetings of the Board are open to the public and interested individuals are encouraged to attend.
The following individuals have been appointed by the Governor of West Virginia to oversee the college鈥檚 operations and establish its policies:

WV State Code 搂18B-2A-2. Meetings. (a) The boards of governors shall hold at least six meetings in every fiscal year, including an annual meeting each June for the purpose of electing officers.
